Kor at KreaDoe Spring Festival 2025
What happens when over 22 000 creative spirits gather under one roof with scissors, sequins, sketchbooks, and sustainable water bottles in hand? You get KreaDoe Spring Festival 2025 – a magical, vibrant celebration of self-expression, artistry, and community where glitter isn't just welcome, it's practically mandatory. This year, Kor had the absolute joy and privilege of being part of the action in a way we’ll never forget.
We didn't just arrive – we showed up with colour, collaboration, and enough creative energy to power a small artistic colony.
A Blank Canvas with Infinite Possibilities
Our journey to KreaDoe began long before the doors opened. We envisioned our presence not just as a brand activation, but as a true experience – one that would invite festival-goers to interact, create, hydrate, and leave inspired (or at least slightly more hydrated and significantly more artistic). With the help of our incredible partner POSCA, that vision came to life.
We introduced our Kor ONE-of-a-Kind Workshop, where anyone – whether seasoned artist or a curious crafter – could customise their own Kor ONE water bottle using either our Fixed Halo Trim™ or our brand-new Interchangeable Halo Trim™ system, and POSCA’s vivid, versatile markers. From self expressing Halo Trim™ designs to our new Halo Inners which speaks to your inner truth, every bottle becomes a personal canvas.
We believed your bottle could be more than just a vessel – it could be a reflection of your inner world. And wow, did the KreaDoe community come thirsty for self expression – literally and figuratively.
A Partnership in Colour: POSCA x Kor
Teaming up with POSCA was like peanut butter and jelly, but make it artistic! Their markers are known for bringing colour and precision to nearly every surface imaginable. Our Kor ONE bottle, with its Halo Trim™ and Inner Trims, became the perfect playground for their pigments.
Over the weekend, we witnessed the creation of hundreds of completely unique one-of-a-kind bottles. Whether guests chose to trace one of our pre-designed templates, colour in our pre-printed designs, or go completely freehand, the results were nothing short of breathtaking. Intricate florals. Geometric abstracts. Whimsical creatures. Even minimalist mood pieces. Every bottle told a story.
This partnership also allowed us to highlight something deeply aligned with both brands: creativity with purpose. Because for sustainability to win, it has to be attractive. Just like a bee is drawn to a beautiful flower - not out of obligation, but instinct - we believe people need to feel drawn to sustainable choices. By making reusable bottles something people want to carry, show off, and personalise, we create a ripple effect. One where sustainability isn’t a sacrifice, but a source of joy, pride, and self-expression. With POSCA’s help, we transformed each Kor ONE bottle into something magnetic - a bold, beautiful statement piece that spreads the goodness of sustainability with every refill. Because when you’re attracted to what you’re doing, you do it more. And that’s how real change sticks.
Influencers, Artists & Everyday Creators (All Equally Thirsty)
From the moment the doors opened, the Kor booth buzzed with activity. We had queues, laughter, and the unmistakable smell of fresh markers in the air (arguably better than any perfume counter). Our booth quickly transformed from a workshop into a creative community hub, with influencers, families, crafters, and curious minds all sharing ideas, complimenting each other’s designs, and snapping photos of their work.
As part of our Kor x POSCA activation, we launched the Influencer Challenge, where attendees could vote for their favourite ONE-of-a-Kind masterpiece created by influencers at the event. This wasn’t just a popularity contest – it was a celebration of self-expression and originality.
Leadership, Vision & True Connection
At the centre of this creative storm was Annemie Fourie, Kor Water Team Lead, who led the charge with passion, empathy, and a clear vision: to beautify water and create meaningful connections through creativity. Annemie championed not only the planning and logistics behind the scenes but also the customer intimacy that truly defined our success at KreaDoe.
And it’s showing. Even after the final bottle was decorated and the glitter was swept away, our inboxes have been filled with heartfelt messages, content tags, and incredible feedback from attendees. The connections forged at the booth – between customer and brand, person and product – are real, lasting, and growing stronger every day. Under Annemie’s guidance, we didn’t just run a workshop. We hydrated a movement.
The Energy Was Electris
From start to finish, KreaDoe was a joyful, jam-packed celebration of everything we stand for: creativity, sustainability, community, and hydration. People didn’t just decorate water bottles – they connected with them. They told stories through colours and lines. They made memories with friends and family. They paused, reflected, and reminded us all that art doesn’t have to be perfect – it just needs to be yours.

So, What’s Next? (Besides For More Water, Of Course)
We’re not done. This weekend was just the beginning of a larger movement to transform hydration into a creative ritual – something expressive, mindful, and entirely YOU.
